Emma is a Melbourne-based teacher and gift-giver who is passionate about creativity, education and social justice. She supports EDUC-Nepal and teaches there regularly. Hanum is studying her Masters of Public Health and has experience working with health and child-focused NGOs in Indonesia. She also loves giving gifts.
Fair Wrap was born after noticing the distinct lack of ethically sourced, sustainable wrapping paper options (especially with all proceeds going to a cause!) Classic Fair Wrap gift wrapping involves covering a present in sustainable brown paper and wrapping with a resuable strip of colourful paper and ribbon.
Fair Wrap was also founded to support EDUC-Nepal and, hopefully in the future, other global projects like it. EDUC-Nepal is an NGO that provides a free education to kids from the Basundhara slums. After the earthquake in 2015, Emma raised $30,000 and rebuilt the damaged school over two years with the help of many friends.
We will be part of the following 2018 Christmas markets in Melbourne:
Williamstown Twilight Christmas Market - 7th December
Docklands Christmas Sunday Market - 9th December
What's in The Box Christmas Market (Box Hill) - 15th December
